Set up your profile
Add your name, email address, phone number and birthday so we know it’s really you when you scan in store. You must be 13 or older to join.
Scan and scoop
Show your app at checkout on every visit. Points land on your balance automatically. No math required.

2 points for every $1 you spend.

What your points are worth
100 points = $5 in Zoyo Rewards.
Once your balance reaches 100 points, you can redeem them for a $5 reward to use toward any purchase at a participating Zoyo store. Redeem right away or keep stacking — it’s your call.

Where it works
Points live at the counter, not everywhere Zoyo shows up.
Because we sponsor games and set up at community events, it’s worth being clear: rewards are a neighborhood-shop thing.

Birthday bonus
+50 points, on the house
Add your birthday when you sign up and we’ll drop 50 points into your account on the day — no visit required.
Your birthday needs to be on file at least 30 days before the date, and the bonus is limited to one per calendar year.
No clock, no pressure
Your points don’t expire.
Earn them this week or save them up for a rainy day — your balance stays exactly where you left it, as long as your account stays active.

Do I need the app to earn points?
Yes. The Zoyo app is the only way to earn or redeem points — there’s no separate punch card or number to give the cashier.
How do I earn points?
You earn 2 points for every $1 you spend at a participating Zoyo store, calculated on your pre-tax total after discounts. Just show your app at checkout.
Who can join?
Anyone 13 or older with a Zoyo app account. One account per person.
What information do I need to sign up?
Your name, email address, phone number and birthday. That’s what lets us attach points to the right account and send you your birthday bonus.
When can I actually use my points?
Once your balance reaches 100 points. 100 points is worth $5 toward any purchase at a participating Zoyo store.
Can I use points on an online or catering order?
Not currently. Points are earned and redeemed in-store only — they don’t apply to online or delivery orders, catering, or off-site sales at schools, parks or other special events.
Can I use points at Chase Field or Phoenix Rising Stadium?
No. Even though you’ll find Zoyo at both, points can only be earned and redeemed at participating Zoyo Neighborhood Yogurt stores.
Do my points expire?
No — your points stay on your account for as long as your account is active.
What do I get on my birthday?
50 bonus points, added automatically on your birthday. Your birthday needs to be on file at least 30 days beforehand, and the bonus is one per calendar year.
Can I get cash for my points?
No. Points and rewards have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or used to buy gift cards.
