How to Play
To participate, guests must download the Zoyo app, register for an account, and open the “Spin & Win” ticket within the app. Present the resulting screen to a Zoyo crew member at the event. The crew member will activate your entry, after which the button will turn orange — this indicates your entry has been redeemed and cannot be used again. One (1) entry per registered account. One (1) spin per guest. Entries are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or reproduced. Screenshots, photographs, or altered images of the entry screen will not be accepted.

 

Standard data rates may apply. Zoyo is not responsible for network congestion, loss of cellular or Wi-Fi service, device malfunction, dead batteries, app or website downtime, or any technical failure that prevents a guest from accessing or redeeming an entry. Zoyo reserves the right to refuse participation or withhold any prize from any guest who attempts to play more than once, tampers with the wheel or entry system, or behaves in a disruptive, abusive, or unsafe manner.

 

Event & Duration
This is a one-day event only, held at Chase Field on July 19, 2026. The promotion ends when the event concludes or when all prizes are gone, whichever comes first. The prize awarded is determined solely by where the wheel comes to a complete stop. If the pointer lands on a divider line, the Zoyo crew member on duty will re-spin. Decisions of Zoyo management are final. This promotion is sponsored by Zoyo and is not affiliated with the concessions, merchandise, or services of Chase Field.

 

Prizes — One (1) Prize Per Spin
Each spin awards one (1) prize only — either one pen, one pair of sunglasses, one t-shirt, or one frozen yogurt sample (approximately 4–6 oz), or two (2) tickets to a select Arizona Diamondbacks game. Guests are not entitled to more than one prize per spin. All prizes have no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash or store credit.

 

Prize Availability & Substitution
All prizes are awarded while supplies last. Quantities are limited and are not replenished during the event. Zoyo is not responsible for providing additional prizes once a prize is out of stock and is under no obligation to restock, reorder, or reserve any prize.

 

If the prize shown on the wheel is unavailable at the time of the win, it will be substituted as follows: first, with one (1) frozen yogurt or sorbet sample while samples remain; and once all samples have been distributed, with one (1) coupon for 25% off a single purchase at participating Zoyo locations. No other substitution will be offered. T-shirts are awarded in available sizes only; sizes are not selectable or exchangeable.

“2 Free Tickets” Prize — Game Assignment
Ticket prizes are awarded from a predetermined list of twenty-six (26) games in fixed sequential order. Winners receive the next available game on the list at the time their prize is awarded. Games cannot be selected, requested, reserved, swapped, exchanged, or changed for any reason. Winners will be informed of their assigned game at the time of the win. Seat locations are assigned and are not selectable.

 

If a winner declines the assigned game, the game is released back to the list for the next winner, and the declining guest may instead choose one (1) available prize from those on hand: a pen, a pair of sunglasses, one t-shirt (available sizes only), one frozen yogurt or sorbet sample, or one 25% off coupon. This choice is final and the ticket prize is forfeited. Once the list of games is exhausted, the ticket prize is no longer available and will be substituted as described above.

 

Ticket Delivery
Winners must provide a valid email address at the time of the win to claim this prize. Tickets will be delivered by email approximately one (1) week prior to the date of the assigned game — not at the time of the win, and not at the event. If the assigned game falls less than seven (7) days after the event, tickets will be sent as soon as reasonably possible before game time. It is the winner’s responsibility to provide an accurate email address and to check spam or junk folders. Zoyo is not responsible for emails that are undelivered, misdirected, filtered, or unopened, for incorrect or illegible email addresses, or for tickets that go unused. Unused tickets will not be replaced, refunded, rescheduled, or reissued.

 

Minors
Guests of any age may spin. If a guest under 18 years of age wins the ticket prize, the contact and email information must be provided by the accompanying parent, legal guardian, or adult, who will receive the tickets and assumes full responsibility for the prize. If no accompanying adult is present to provide this information, the guest may instead choose one (1) available prize as described above.

 

Game Changes
Postponed, suspended, relocated, or canceled games are governed exclusively by the policies of Major League Baseball, the Arizona Diamondbacks, and Chase Field. Zoyo has no control over these policies and is not responsible for any change to the game schedule, venue, or ticket validity. Ticket holders are subject to all terms, conditions, and conduct policies of the venue and the ticket issuer.

 

Privacy
Information collected through the Zoyo app and this promotion is handled in accordance with the Zoyo Privacy Policy. By registering and participating, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

 

General
Zoyo is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or expired prizes. Prizes are awarded “as is,” with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. By accepting a prize, the winner releases Zoyo, its franchisees, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. Zoyo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end this promotion at any time without notice.

Zoyo frozen yogurt and sorbet samples are prepared, dispensed, and served using shared equipment, dispensers, and utensils. Our products contain or may come into contact with milk, soy, wheat, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts. Sorbet varieties are formulated without dairy, but cross-contact with dairy is possible and cannot be eliminated. Sorbet is not certified dairy-free, lactose-free, or vegan.

 

Zoyo is not responsible for any allergic reaction, lactose intolerance, sensitivity, illness, or other adverse reaction resulting from the consumption of any prize or product. Guests with food allergies, lactose intolerance, or dietary restrictions consume Zoyo products at their own risk and are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before consuming.
